This t-shirt is spun, knitted and sewn in the north of Portugal, 2 hours away from our studio, using 50% pre-consumer recycled cotton and 50% organic cotton.
We developed this exclusive fabric by working closely with the mill to reduce the chemicals that are used in the manufacturing process as much as possible, such as bleaching, whitenings and other finishing processes.
To build up the right tone of blue we dye this t-shirt several times in our homegrown organic indigo vat. Natural indigo has antibacterial properties and is gentle when worn against the skin.
This open-end jersey (240gr/m2 - 7oz/yd2) is a soft heavyweight fabric that can be worn all year round.
